Obituary for Courtney Brown Nolen
Mrs. Courtney Elise Brown Nolen, age 34, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at her residence in Pineville. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home.
Services for Mrs. Courtney will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Jones officiating. The visitation will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Gallagher Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Interment, following the service, will be held in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Huey and Velda Glenn; paternal grandfather, Charles Glendon Brown, Sr.; uncle, Donnie Glenn; and cousins, Nicholas Glenn and Katelyn Glenn.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Jason Nolen; children, Tori Nolen, Colin Nolen, Jathen Lachney, Jayce Nolen, Kinslye Lachney, Ethan Lachney, Remington Nolen, and Aiden Lachney; parents, Charles and Renee Brown; brother, Logan Brown (Madison); sisters, Katelyn Bryant (Matt) and Christian Brown; grandmother, Billie Brown; aunts, Tracy Brown, Lori Brown, and Denise Slater (Rick); uncles, Ricky Glenn (Christine), and Doug Glenn (Paige); ten nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
Mrs. Courtney was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She had a magnetic personality with a contagious laugh and never met a stranger. Mrs. Courtney loved spending time outdoors with her family, hunting, fishing and camping. She will forever be missed by those that loved and knew her.
