Obituary for Corrine Walker (Dubroc)
Corrine Dubroc Walker, age 77 of Colfax, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 19, 2023.
Visitation for Corrine will be Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 5:00-8:00 pm at Gallagher Funeral Home. Services will be Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 9:00 am at Gallagher Funeral Home with burial following at Frazier Cemetery.
Pallbearers honored to serve are Lee Rachal, LC Rachal, Johnny Dubroc, JW Albert, Joe Dubroc, Channing Troquille, Joey Megison, and Rodney Barras.
Corrine is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Walker, Jr.; parents, Albert and Theresa Dubroc; and two brothers, Ernest Dubroc, Sr. and Earl James Dubroc “DeeDee”.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Karen Guillory (Eddie); sons, Joe Campbell, Jr. (Tabbatha) and Michael Walker; grandchildren, Jeremy Guillory, Joshua Guillory, and Bailee Walker; brothers, Wilfred Dubroc (Alline) and Albert Dubroc, Jr. (Patricia); sister, Annie Lou Dubroc; a sister-in-law, Margaret Dubroc; and a host of other family and friends.
Corrine loved sudoku puzzles, playing cards, and cooking. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Special thanks go to the staff at Compassionate Care Hospice for the wonderful and loving care they gave to Corrine.
