Memorial services for Carol Ducote will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church, 521 Baptist Street, Pineville, Louisiana under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana.
Carol Ducote, age 60, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at her residence in Alexandria, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lily Hicks.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Brossette Davis; her grandchildren, Mallery Ahart, Lily Ahart, William Ahart, and Destin Ahart; her great grandchildren; her siblings, John Hicks (Pat), and Karen Hicks Castillo; her long-time companion, Larry Batiste; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Carol was an avid animal lover, and a very compassionate lady. Her main passion in life was spending time with her family. A loving companion, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
