Obituary for Candice Denise "Candi" St. Andre Biggs
Candice Denise “Candi” St. Andre Biggs, 54, of Mandeville, Louisiana, formerly of Deville, Louisiana entered eternity on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, Louisiana, surrounded by her loving family.
Candi is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, W. C. and Odessa Smoak; her paternal grandparents, Samuel and Lucille St. Andre; and her great niece, Merrick Worthy.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, Andy Biggs; her two daughters, Erin Biggs, and Lauren Biggs; her parents, Charlotte and Bendel St. Andre; her siblings, Dawn Chatman (Gordon), Michael St. Andre (Michelle), and Cody St. Andre (Desiray); 8 nieces, 5 nephews; 2 great nephews; cousins, other family and friends.
Candi was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a beautiful and giving spirit and she will be missed more than she will ever know by all that knew and loved her.
Funeral Services for Candice Denise “Candi” St. Andre Biggs will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Philadelphia Baptist Church in Deville, Louisiana under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory in Ball, Louisiana. Interment to follow at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Deville.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are, Cody St. Andre, Devin Rambo, Luke Biggs, Ben Madison, Brandon Charrier, Michael Worthy, Steven Mortrud, and Carlos Zelaya. Honorary pallbearer will be Michael St. Andre.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 1:00 PM until service time at the church.
The family requests that flowers be ordered from a florist local to Philadelphia Baptist Church and have the flowers delivered to the church for the service.
