Obituary for Brenda Jo Walker
Ms. Brenda Jo Walker, age 45 of Pineville, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
A memorial visitation will be held at Gallagher Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 9:30-11:00 am. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 11:00 at Gallagher Funeral Home.
Brenda is preceded in death by her father, Stephen Walker and her grandparents, Edna and Bryan Hodges from Rosefield, Louisiana and Eva and Glenn Walker from Montgomery, Louisiana.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kiara and Isabelle Blain; son, Alex Blain; mother, Wanda McNamara; sister, Jenny Walker.
Brenda was a special education teacher at Tioga Junior High that loved her work and the kids she taught very much. She loved to travel and was adventurous; she was always up for an adventure. She served in the Navy and enjoyed her tour of Sicily. She liked to do stand up comedy and had dreams of writing for S.N.L. She never met a stranger, everyone loved her. She was a loving mother, daughter and sister and will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
