Obituary for Bobby Ray Arnold
Mr. Bobby Ray Arnold, age 92 of Bentley, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
Visitation for Bobby will be Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Gallagher Funeral Home. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. at Gallagher Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service and be at Lone Pine Cemetery.
Pallbearers honored to serve are Bradley Perkins, Author Robinson, Ronnie Canoe, Gary Canoe, Larry Shows, and Irvin Wallace.
Bobby is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Della Wallace Arnold; parents, P.C. and Mattie Arnold; step son, Danny Garner; great grandsons, Landon and Taylor Catterucia-Garner; brothers, Wes Arnold, Mayo Arnold, Curt Arnold, and A.B. "Buck" Arnold; and sisters, Pearl Pace, Myrtle Crenshaw, and Genia Arnold.
Those left to cherish his memory are his two step daughters, Judy Robinson (Author) and Janice Sudduth (Chuck); step son, Jack Garner (Charlotte); daughter in law, Rose Garner; step granchildren, Sam Garner (Mary Beth), Shontel Simmons (Clint), Kande Perkins (Bradley), Toby Garner (Jamie), Matthew McKay, and Rachel Robinson; step great grandchildren, Jackson and Landry Garner, Clayton Pettway, Reaves Simmons, Layla and Harper Perkins, Emma, Anna, Addilynn, Mia, Mya Garner, Kaitlyn and Kierstyn Hollingsworth; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Bobby like to set on the porch and rock. He enjoyed traveling with his wife but would like to be back in his bed at night. He liked music, especially Hank Williams. He enjoyed going to church and spending time with his grandchildren and family. He was a loving husband, step father, step grandfather, uncle, brother and friend and will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
