Obituary for Billy C. Williams
Funeral services for Billy C. Williams will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM at One Life Church, 6250 Coliseum Blvd. in Alexandria, Louisiana under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory in Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Joshua McElwee officiating. Interment to follow at Cemetery in Williams Family Cemetery in Dry Prong, Louisiana.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Chris Brunson, Brandon Chandler, Mike Duncan, JD Brian, Gerald Martin, and Jimbo Jacobs.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the church.
Billy C. Williams, age 66, a resident of Boyce, Louisiana, entered eternity on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julie Williams; and his father, Billy Gregory Williams.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Melissa Parker (Derek), and Allison Henry (Shane); his grandchildren, Mikah, Natalie, Mallory, Shane, Kohen, and Kollier; other family and friends.
Billy was a hard worker, a truck driver by trade, who was known to piddle around doing all sorts of projects through the years. A great story-teller, a little rough around the edges, but with a very big heart. Above all, his passion was spending quality time with his family.
Billy was a loving father, and friend and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Special thanks to the trauma ICU team at Rapides Regional Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to One Life Church Youth Department.
