Obituary for Beverly Ann Mayo Graves
Mrs. Beverly Ann Mayo Graves, age 82, entered eternal rest on Friday, May 6, 2022 in Alexandria at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
Services for Mrs. Graves will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Mars Hill Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Doug James officiating. The visitation will be and the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton and Lucille Mayo; daughter, Rachel Graves; sisters, Jacqueline and Jennifer.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, John Edward Graves; sons, John Dale Graves and Paul Edward Graves (Karen); daughter, Michelle Stroud; adopted children, Clayton and Dallas Graves; sisters, Barbara Brett and Jean Bruce; grandchildren, Jared Graves (Sherry), Bridgett Bailey (Jason), Luke Graves (Jerry), Justin Graves (Stephanie), Deidre Graves, Donald Lambert (Jennifer), Dalton Stroud (Dyamond), Brian Stroud (Toni), and Tiffany Graves; 13 great grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
Mrs. Graves was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sewing. She was a hard worker and will forever be missed by those that loved and knew her.
