Funeral services for Mr. Daniel Lloyd Douglas will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2015 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, LA with the Father Steve Brandow officiating. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, LA, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, LA.

Mr. Douglas, age 58, of Pineville, LA, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 24, 2015 at his residence in, Pineville, LA.

Daniel was a graduate of Bolton High School in Alexandria. He joined and retired from the U.S. Navy after twenty years of service for his country. He loved serving in the military and being a part of the wounded warriors program. He loved fishing with Red Kelly, watching football, and Nascar. Daniel was an avid LSU and Saints football fan.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Dollene Douglas.

He is survived by his wife of over 6 years, Elizabeth Douglas of Pineville; uncle, Tommy Knight of California; and a host of friends.
