Funeral services for Mr. David Wayne Simmons will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Douglas Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in Malone Cemetery, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Simmons, age 58, of Ball, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Simmons; parents, Daniel and Rose Willbanks.

He is survived by two sons, Christopher Simmons (Ashley), Ethan Simmons; three daughters, Stacey Simmons, Hannah Simmons and Savannah Simmons; four brothers, John Simmons (Christine), Bobby Simmons (Patricia), Roger Simmons (Lori) and Daniel Willbanks, Jr.; three sisters, Cathy Willson (Henry), Paula Moore (Ricky) and Rose Carmouche; five grandchildren, Kayleigh Simmons, Marisa White, Laila White, Hayden Simmons and Shane Webb.

Friends may visit on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana from 10:00 a.m. until of service.
