Life Story for James "Francis" Harper Sr.
Heaven just got a little more colorful with the passing of James "Francis" Harper Sr. of Tioga, aka Mr. Yummy, The Pope, The Flying Fat Man, Hot Lips Harper and Mr. Wonderful.
His adventures include: Famous stock car driver for Bill Frazier, as well as Construction Manager for multiple shopping malls, hotels and cinemas. Francis also spent several years enjoying success in the carnival and amusement business. He was born April 23, 1945. He left this world December 16, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Bowie Harper, his father, James Monroe Harper and his son, Perry Monroe Harper.
Left to celebrate his life is his loving wife of 34 years, Gray Harper, a son Francis Harper, Jr, a grandson, Taylor Harper, granddaughters Chloe Boney, Brooklyn Harper, Jamie Lynn Legendre and great- granddaughter, Brandy Renee Harper.
There will be a memorial service celebrating his life at a later date.
