Funeral services for Mr. Ryan O’Neal Foxworth will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Pastor Russell Cobb officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Ryan, age 19, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 2, 2016 in Elmer, Louisiana.

Ryan is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Joyce James.

He is survived by his parents, Robin and Michelle Foxworth of Alexandria;one sister, Kayla Foxworth of Alexandria; two brothers, Dylan Foxworth of Alexandria and Eythan Foxworth of Alexandria; maternal grandfather, Joel James of Jacksonville, North Carolina; paternal grandparents, Talmadge and Faye Foxworth of Georgia; uncles and aunts, Michael James, Lara DeBlois and children, Aaron and Jenni Standard and children, Joseph and Lissette James and children, Chris Foxworth, Dephne Foxworth and children, Wayne and Regina Blankenship and children, Donna Taylor , Patrick and Aimee Foxworth and children.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
